Our client for this project is a real estate management company that helps investors manage multiple assets and get optimal returns. Their asset management services include managing real estate assets like strata units and retail and industrial properties. Besides maintaining near-zero vacancy rates, our client has also worked with investors for the following:

Managing challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our client used generic software earlier, but it didn’t help him. As the number of customers and properties rose, the software made it difficult to handle business challenges. The asset management firm hired us to develop a multi-tenant web application that could streamline their operations.

The client’s earlier platform was expensive and slow and couldn’t adapt to the increasing business demands. Hence, they required a multi-tenant platform to handle their needs.

The biggest challenge to building a multi-tenant platform was ensuring data security and privacy. No two tenants should be able to access each other’s data. Also, the platform had to be hack-proof.
Real-Time Updates

In addition to managing multiple departments and dynamic fields, the platform required role-based access control and a real-time, intuitive dashboard (to manage challenges and capitalize on opportunities).

Multi-Tenant Platform

We developed a multi-tenant platform with multiple role permissions, authentication, and dynamic asset management. The role-based permissions included super admin, client admin, and site admin.

Dynamic Form Inputs

Incorporating dynamic field inputs resulted in improved asset management. We assigned permissions based on different categories and modules. Client admins can also dynamically manage the permissions.

Live Dashboard

The platform’s dashboard displays real-time information with the required features, functionalities, data visualization, and other tools to ensure the best user experience for clients with different requirements.

Conclusion

It took us a year to complete the project. Although we continuously improve and enhance the platform, the client has given positive feedback. Our development team used the agile methodology to execute the project, allowing for rapid development and constant improvement.
