Our client for this project is a leading news publication in the Middle East. They have been in operation for over a decade. Their publication enjoys immense popularity, but their online visibility was unsatisfactory, and they wanted to change it. One of the main issues they faced was the absence of an admin-powered comments section. They contacted Tridhya Tech, and the rest is history.

The client wanted to display the comment section on other WordPress sites using script tags. However, this strategy required more security measures to ensure safe integration with third-party websites.
Implementing a system with multiple user roles makes the development process complex and time-consuming and increases the need for continuous maintenance.
Dynamic comment section loading based on web pages of WordPress news blog sites required a careful assessment of compatibility issues and potential conflicts with existing themes or plugins.
We developed a comments section module using JavasScript and jQuery, delivered through a script tag, resulting in seamless integration into WordPress websites without altering the core codebase.
Implemented a dynamic-role-based system within the admin panel to manage users with varying access levels and permissions within the administration section. Assigning roles and controlling user functionality became smooth due to this feature.
We implemented a dynamic loading mechanism using pure JavaScript and jQuery for the comment section module. This facilitated updating certain page sections without loading the entire page, resulting in a smoother user experience for comment interactions.
After 3 months, we successfully implemented a new comment section for the client’s WordPress website. Using a structured approach with a Trello board streamlined the development process. The new system allowed admins to manage comments easily, with automated loading via a script tag saving significant time compared to manual methods.
This integration into the admin panel enhances the user experience for both administrators and site visitors. Admins can now focus more on content creation and moderation rather than site enhancements, thanks to the new, efficient comment management system.
